Valna Heights is a hillside plotting community in Village Valna, District Ranikhet — one of the more pristine and accessible parts of the Kumaon Himalayas.

The site spans 0.916 acres, terraced into the natural slope to give every plot open views and good sunlight. The layout has been designed by Phoenix Design Consultants, Noida.
